Yes. The invoice PDF is generated and emailed to the customer when the order is placed, paid or fulfilled — whichever you choose.

Can I design the invoice myself?

Yes — a drag-and-drop editor, not a form. You can also upload an invoice you already use and have it rebuilt as an editable template.

Does it do EU e-invoicing?

It generates ZUGFeRD / Factur-X (PDF/A-3 with embedded EN 16931 XML) and XRechnung, on the free plan. It does not transmit over the PEPPOL network — the file is attached to the invoice email and downloadable.

Will my accountant be able to use it?

Sequential gap-free invoice numbers, credit notes for corrections, and CSV / DATEV-format export, plus a live push into Lexware Office or sevDesk.

What happens if I go over the free allowance?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Every feature is on it. The limit is 100 invoice emails a month — documents are still generated and downloadable beyond that; only the automatic email waits.

Do I have to change how my invoices look?

No. Upload one you already send and the AI designer rebuilds it as an editable template.

Does it support EU e-invoicing?

ZUGFeRD / Factur-X and XRechnung are generated on every plan. Transmission over PEPPOL is not offered — the XML is embedded in the PDF/A-3 and attached to the email.

Which languages and currencies?
